We take quality seriously.
We joke around here at Ow My Balls! but when it comes to quality we take it very seriously. We spent as much time fixing bugs and reducing memory footprint as we did on development of the game itself. We did extensive manual testing on the iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPod Touch 2G.
While we have put extraordinary effort into delivering a high quality game, we recognize there are issues we haven’t found.

Crashes
We are constantly working to eliminate any crashing bugs that exist in the game. At this time we have fixed every one we know about, but more likely exist.
If you experience a crash please contact us and let us know. It would be extremely helpful if you send the following information with your crash report:
- Your device (iPhone/touch), OS version (2.0…2.2.1)
- Circumstances of the crash (when it happened, how it happened)
- Crash report(s)
Apple recently added an automatic crash reporting system as part of iTunes. When you sync it should now automatically send crash reports to Apple. It is still helpful to send us your reports manually.
To get crash reports off of your iPhone simply sync it with iTunes and then copy the report files from:
- Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\
\Application Data\Apple computer\Log\CrashReporter/ - Windows Vista: C:\Users\
\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/ - Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\
If the game crashes…
Try the following steps to fix it:
- Restart the game
- Restart the device (power off)
- Run an application like “Free Memory” before running the game
